Oil Derricks
Derricks are usually sited in the middle of "nowhere" and use stand-alone fossil fuel, power-generating equipment to power the direct oil and gas pumping. Freepower® equipment offers a totally clean, pollution free solution to convert hot well oil or gas into electricity to operate on site equipment.
Deep-sea platforms require large amounts of electricity for platform operations. Adding Freepower® equipment would increase the electrical output of power generating equipment, with no increase in fuel requirement, improving system efficiency, whilst also reducing overall carbon emissions.
